Meet The Founders
Kim and Brian Tinko Jr. started K&B Mechanical after years of working in and around the HVAC industry. Brian brings the technical background, field experience, and electrical knowledge behind the company’s service work, while Kim brings more than twenty years of administrative, dispatching, and customer service experience.
Together, they built K&B Mechanical to feel approachable, responsive, and personal while still delivering the level of skill commercial and industrial customers expect. That balance is a big part of who K&B is today: a local HVAC contractor that takes the work seriously and treats customers fairly, from the first conversation to project completion.
